Autologous Micrograft Treatment

Autologous micrograft treatment is a minimally invasive hair restoration technique in which very small tissue grafts are harvested from a donor area of your own scalp — typically one less prone to thinning — using a specialised micro-punch device. These micrografts, containing living tissue and growth factors, are then processed and precisely placed into areas of thinning or reduced density. Because the grafts come from your own body, there's no risk of tissue rejection. Unlike traditional strip-harvest transplant methods, the micro-punch approach leaves minimal, often barely visible marks at the donor site, so recovery is generally shorter. The procedure is performed under local anaesthesia in a single session, and results — supporting natural-looking density in treated areas — develop gradually as the tissue integrates, typically becoming visible over the following months, with suitability assessed individually.
